जब भी कोई customer credit पर सामान ले, उनका नाम और amount डालें — बस। Entry 5 seconds में हो जाती है। हर customer का अपना khata page होता है जिसमें full entry history, running balance, और last payment date दिखती है। Customer पूछे "kitna bacha hai mera?" — 2 seconds में जवाब।
WhatsApp reminder — बिना awkwardness के
जब balance बड़ा हो जाए, "Send reminder" tap करें। ExtinctBook एक polite WhatsApp message भेजता है — आपके shop के नाम से, outstanding amount के साथ, और एक direct payment link। Customer link tap करे और directly pay करे। आपको personally मांगना नहीं पड़ता, relationship भी बनी रहती है।
रोज़ का profit — एक tap में
